The thread I started inquiring if SH3 needed the DVD Disc is closed. I feel this is because someone thought I was asking for an illegal copy or workaround. I was not. I have bought all my games including SH ! and its expansions, SH2 (someone owes me for that
), SH3, and SH4.
When I installed SH4, I found that it doesn't need the DVD disc. I didn't have any third party software. I thought it works like Half-Life 2 where it checks on the internet of your registered copy and just starts up. Since SH3 looks similar in its start up operation I thought perhaps it would do the same. I tend to switch back and forth between the games.
