My solution: I have two SH4 1.5 Installs....one has English Speech MOD(s), the other German. Also some other Fleet Boat-specific Mods for the English/American Install.....and Operation Monsun, for example, only for the German version.
In a nutshell, when I sit down to spend some SH4 1.5 Quality Time, I decide
before loading whether I want to be American or German. The dual Install doesn't really eat up a great amount of Hard Drive space. Actually, I also have a separate SH4 1.
4 Install as well.
