It did. I saw the 60 min investigations on it. All the guys were checking out the size of womens breasts with it since it does no good for anything else.
The 3% of criminals caught were all simply loiterers. Nice!
$3 Bill to catch loiterers. The cam companies are smart though. They got the gov to buy it!
