I use both mods as you could see on my first screeny above, and i did not have any problems until now. First OLC and then Effects.

Yup! Works like a charm! Now i have Exhaust smoke/waterstream/Lifeboats/and Effects and it works! yay!
(all unforseen conseqences aside!)
