Can do hold on a few minutes then.

"Mods are installed with JSGME

Without Generic Mod Enabler software, modding games would be like putting toothpaste back into it's tube, just more frustrating. Install the game from DVD and update it to the latest version (1.4) ((guess they dont include the Uboat pack)). Copy JSGME.exe to you'r Silent hunter 4 root folder. Just incase, take a picture from you'r unmodded installation (Tasks > Generate Snapshot). JSGME does an ..\Silent Hunter 4\Mods-named folder. Extract all you'r unextracted mods you have downloaded into it. MODS's subfolders can be renamed by yourself, all the changes that is done depends on the files inside the mod folder. All Silent Hunter Mods have been packed with Winzip so that they have proper foundation for the folder routes. Do not change it.

Folder names are shown in JSGME at the left tab as "uninstalled" list. While the right list shows the installed mods. choose and click >-arrow. JSGME does backup from the original files and replaces them with new ones. If one of the earlier mods have modified similar files, JSGME asks what you want to do. Right answer is: "Yes, overwrite them".
Removal of mods is done the same way with the <-arrow, JSGME is able also to skin overwritten mods one by one. << arrow removes all mods in one click.

If Modder hasn't included into his zip-pack an subfolder route, you can add them yourself. First find the original unmodded file's place and create yourself similar subfolder route under the MODS-archive. This will create the mod to be compabitible with JSGME."

So basically it's a instructional manual how to use the great software ^^
