That's because the journalist probably had a hard time teaching shSpeech to understand his "Mika Häkkinen"-english. It's a known fact that us Finns pronounce a bit like Arnold, but worse. 
Actually shSpeech interprets my mumbo-jumbo correctly about 95% of the time, which means you've done(and Microsoft with their speech engine) an excellent job  |
