I think the worst weather that I've experienced since installing GWX was when I decided to start a career in Dec '41 & take my IXB "across the pond" to US shores. The whole trip across the Altantic was great, clear skies & smooth sailing. When I got there though everything went "to hell in a hand basket". From Christmas Day until Jan. 2nd '42 the weather was just awful; one long, unending storm.
By the time it finally cleared up enough to do any hunting I was getting low on diesel (not familiar with the resupply feature yet) & I was only able to bag a Large Merchant & a little Pelagic Trawler. Let's just say that I don't think BdU was too impressed with my efforts....
