No, it's a bad thing for SUBSIM. There has been to much SH3 vs. 4 in these forums, time to move on. I know you're kidding..... but what you posted above regarding 4
is a little to direct. Nothing wrong with liking one or the other, however there is no need to bash the one you don't play or necessarily like.
The above aside, I am sure someone will come along and help you with the mod your seeking.
I am not exactly sure myself.
