If you want to fly AND shoot / bomb / torpedo things in the WW2 stylee, it really can't be bettered. Only two problems with it, it bites into your time just like GWX does
and it needs some money throwing after it PC-wise and control-wise (read HOTAS, TrackIR, pedals).
I've owned all versions right up to the last (1946) and never regretted the money spent. Give it a go (or wait until it's replacement SOW:BOB comes out but that'll be a while and a bit more pricey).
