Are you? Just because the Israeli's or the US "says" it was "not intended for peaceful use" doesn't mean it's true. Where are the rest of the processing facilities?

The operative word here is "probably", same word that got us involved in Iraq "probable WMDs"... There is NO hard evidence AT ALL to prove that this facility was intended to produce plutonium. NONE. NADA. ZIP.
