Whether or not I want to go to prison isnt the issue. Its whether or not the people who commit the crimes are intimidated by it so they wont commit them in the first place.
The lax sentencing system, Sky TV, and the other things the article mentioned must look like a 'reasonable risk' to a thief or criminal.
