Ok what I am understanding is that you are running Windows Vista and using ROW2 NSM, and that you had Capt Cox uniforms mod in what I need to understand better is are you running SH4 1.4 or My MoD in V1.4, actually just tell me which version of each you are running and I ill attempt to re-create so that i can see what the problem is so we can get it fixed.

You Will Need to start a New Campaign when using this MOD, However sometimes you don't HAVE TO, you can try to make a couple of easy edits but sometimes it doesn't work.(you can only attempt this if you were using a previous version See bottom of page under the Screen shots for instructions)

Though your problem may be as simple as needing to start a new campaign and not just starting from port. As I wrote in the read me and on this page. Try this if it still does not work then answer the above q's and i'll get to work on it |
