Aren't the council breaking EU laws by quoting the magnitude of the offence in inches.

Just to be argumentative though, this guy has been given a bin 50% bigger than most people and watching the news last night I notice he can't be bothered to crush bottles and boxes before disposing of them. I wouldn't want to agree with 'The Man' but...Our green and pleasant land is being overtaken by landfill and we need to do something. Hangings to good for him
