Hi, in GWX2 I came across a Pelagic Trawler that sunk to half way point but no further, and didn't show as sunk

so I reloaded GWX 1.03 till a patch was released, now with 2.1 the very first ship I came across in AN51 was stationary:

After firing at it, it would only sink to this point with bow above water and no more:

Could someone please tell me what gives, is it only me having these problems?

Edit: I am using a different zones.cfg, would this cause any problems?
