Hello,
unfortunately this is not a simple question

That is how it reads:
"Download from the GWX site (http://gwx.mysite.orange.co.uk) and extract the contents into your SH3 Commander\Cfg folder. Refer to the readme.txt in the zip file for more detailed information. "

So i installed it directly into the cfg folder as written in the readme, so the folder structure now reads :
SH3 Commander\CFG\GWX_2.1_CFG_4_SH3Cmdr3.0 and below this folder there is again a cfg folder, and a Flotilla and U-boat folder.

I thought those folders should overwrite the CFG, Flotilla and U-boat folders directly under SH3 Commander ? Or is it ok the way i wrote it here ?

I must be the only one who does not understand how to install SH3.1 on GWX2.1
