Probably not. I would try to get more fps by:

1) Disabling Anti-Aliasing(AA) and Anasotropic Filtering(AF)

2) Reducing the quality of textures or moving the sliders in the video option to the left.

3) Reducing screen resolution.

If doing the above doesn't work, then the only way to really get an fps increase would be to upgrade your hardware, or trying to over clock your current hardware.

If you could provide us with a more detailed list of your hardware and the video options you have enabled in the game, we can be more specific.
