Welcome aboard, for starters! 
Nothing in that list seems wrong, be it installation order or mods per se. What you should double-check is whether you're using the correct version of RSRDC, i.e. is it for the game version you're running (1.4 or Uboat add-on) and for stock game? |
i do have the 1.5 rsrd addon. im reninstalling SH4 cause now im getting a simdata.dll error im thinking i may have some currupt files..
