Strange, but when I heard that GWB was making a speech on the environment, I actually thought he might pull through.
I know, I trust too much. I thought that the pressure of legacy, and maybe the effect of being the most disliked President in recent memory might help him make some sweeping changes.

Again, I'm disappointed. But that's my fault.
