The new shell effects is in your PM's, I haven't had time to look into the optimization yet, so if you experience slowdowns, turn off 3-d damage effects in the options menu and see if that helps.
BTW I got the Submarine Caustics AND KapitansZurSee's undewater bubbles effects to work with the new addon's submarine data files yesterday by using S3D (what a tool! )
, but I realy would like to add Dave's Roll and pitch mod as well, so it's not finished yet..
