Yes, our Blue states are declining, and our Red states are rising, which is why I think the democrats want the illegal votes - they have declining population and will lose for the rest of time their ability to win elections if it continues. However, our birth rates are increasing. Yours are declining.
ALso, we have a population increase going on. .883% increase.
12 is high by the way - your actual birth rate is 10.65 in 2008.
