Whilst not the most advanced fighter theory, there are some very usefull bits here - http://mission4today.com/index.php?name=Knowledge_Base

I'd also recommend just getting time in the air and seeing what you can make work with a rudder and what makes you stall out. If you have been flying with no rudder at all then the learning curve is going to be a bit highger BUT you will ntoice yoru piloting abilities increase a LOT when you start to get used to rudder control.

If it specifically the 109 that you fly then we have a fair few aces over at JG53 and I am sure that they will be happy to pass on their knowledge of the various 109 models in our public area - http://z15.invisionfree.com/Jagdgeschwader53/index.php?showforum=6

Another great link is the virtual ombat pilots manual - http://web.comhem.se/~u85627360/ You'll need something that can read PDF files.

For even more links then this is a great start - http://forums.ubi.com/eve/ubb.x?a=tpc&s=400102&f=23110283&m=51910959

Hope it helps!
