If you are using JTxE then be sure to install JTxE into the SHIV directory first. The path to the \data\MENU\menu_1024_768.ini assumes that the program is installed there per the installation instructions included with that program.
Also, you misspelled MENU as MENI, Left out the MENU directory of the path - and finally, don't forget the " . " in the file name before the ini extension.
