Thanks for the reply ´Rockin,

I know that threat, and from that it seems the only way to get it on cd is to (probably succesfully) burn it yourself. That would be good enough for me.
Going through the motions at direct2drive I stumbled upon a problem with my email adress, frustratingly blocking my purchase.

So now I want to give it a try via the dark side, UBI.
As said, I do not find an active link to either cd or download version over there.

Btw. North America D/L are blocked from EU (would be half our price too).
