Do you have SH 1.5 "U-Boat Missions" installed? These headers were added since patch 1.5. They are not available in any previous versions.
My mod is only made for SH 1.5 and won't work with 1.4 or any older versions.

Jepp thatīs the reason. Still running with 1.4
