- Make a backup copy of your "menu_1024_768.ini"
- Open it.
- Search for the header [G12 I19].
- Copy & Paste the "red text block" [G12 I19] overwriting the existing data within the file.
- Do the same with the header [G61 I111].
- Save the file.
- Done!

Sure this looks different because the red text are the changed parameters.
By the way, this is NOT the whole menu_1024_768.ini, but only two of it's headers. Just look up the headers i mentioned above and follow my little tutorial.
