Obviously Soviet Planes and Ships. Although the Soviets do have bases in the area you will not see as many planes as in the Atlantic. In terms of shipping the convoys are much smaller that the Atlantic counterparts and you should expect relatively low tonnages as most of the ships are of the order of 2000-4000 gwt.

If you're using the IIs you will use your torpedoes much faster that the ships spawn in the area. With a VII you will probably come home with a few torpedoes. Nevertheless it's a good place to hunt and it's good fun. Also the Soviet Escorts are not as good and the Allied ones but if you're slopy you will end up dead.

Probably yes but that's why you can always use different careers
My suggestion is to stick to the Black Sea as it is a relativelly quet theater of operations and it can be quite fun to play.
