Very sad indeed. I had started the game when GWX 2.0 was released at the back end of last year. I left the Slient Hunter scene for a while and picked up where i left off just under a month ago.
I had racked up a good amount of tonnage and manged to survived for a massive 11 patrols. Which for people who know my Tendencies as a Kaluen will say is a vast improvement. I started at the outbrake of war in the 7th Flotlila and had just transfered to the 2nd and my shinny new IXB at Lorient. I had made it to the summer of 1941 with the happy hunting of operation drumbeat to look forward to.
But alas i just went to load up the game via Commander as normal and it kept informing me of a error so i uninstalled Commander and then reinstalled but still the same. It would let me start a new career but every time i went to load up my current career it kept giving me a error. So after all the blood sweat and tears. My best ever career in SH3 GWX history is Kaput.
Will i ever make it to enjoy the long patrols to the USA coast and the Far East?
Every time i look like making it i die. Or this time fate deals me a crap card.
Oh well better luck with the next Kaluen. 
Though that will have to wait till i get back from exercise. |
Does your game still fail to load when you pick it up at the last save in base before patrol? |
