I received a message at 0901 from BdU regretting to inform everyone that U138 had been destroyed by warships
, with all hands saved
At 1206 the same day Bdu sends a second message 'U138 - report your location and status'
I suppose it could happen if messages were delayed and different operators sent the messages etc.
Nearly forgot, this is in GWX2.0 of course.
