Problem with those "toolbars" is they come at a cost. Many are malware slowing down your computer and sometimes making your browser unresponsive. In November of last year, Google distributed a virus with their toolbar. The Acrobat "helper" toolbar kills IE. The Yahoo toolbar slows down IE.
