I'm ready to hurt somebody! I had just completed my first patrol of a Brisbane campaign in a S-42 all the way to Luzon. I completed the objective and sailed all the way back to Brisbane. Started the second mission and it's the very same one! I thought this was solved in 1.4 patch. I'm using TMO, RSRDC.
