Hello vickers03,

There is a mod called "Improved Insigna" that was made in 2006 by JonZ. This mod brings ranks to a better detailed graphic level (remodled medals and badges). Very much better than the stock ones

It is JSGME ready, fully compatible with GWX and you can get it there:

I may be wrong but I think there is no other mod but this one only dedicated to
insignas
