By another location could you give me an example as this is the first time i have seriously played a pc game I am usually playing my xbox 360.

You could just copy the folder there.
I only say that as my Panzer General 2 installed itself there and yes I did have GWX 1.3 installed there as well and no problems with GWX 2.0
