Egads PH you're using a really old version of RFB for 1.4 THere was a lot of sound work done by LukeFF for the latest 1.4 version. You should go to the RFB thread and give it a try.
You won't need the ROW sound effect file you have any more either, as they're all in the last 1.4 release along with even more sounds.
