I created the sdf's myself for a Dutch Harbor based campaign (actually it's based off the eastern most island in the Aleutians on the Pacific map). Make appropriate changes and additions to DB also.
You can run a training mission out of Pearl to anywhere on the U.S. West coast, just change the boat in the sdf (Single Missions/Training Missions) to an S-class (if one has it modded).
