May I ask if someone could make an emblem out of this for me?
According to UboatAces
http://www.uboataces.com/ref-insignia4.shtml it is one of the emblems U-53 used.
I guess it should be a red heart on an transparent background but the rest is up to you.
If any of you graphical wizards could help I would be a happy Swede
