Hi Dougie,

Thanks for the info and the coments. I would say that looking at the photo in your Snorting Bull pdf that U-69 did have the wind deflector fitted when the laughing cow was painted on the CT. I'm guessing this purely by the the size of the shadow that appears in the photo.
