only other thing is go to flank..faster you go quicker you dive usualy..and travel/start from decks awash...(you can pick up the depth meter needle with the mouse and slide it minutely deeper from surfaced depth and let go and the boat will settle to decks awash...most time this will cut your dive time by at least a third...give or take a third or two lol
