If the cigarettes were under the counter... I'd ave had to ask, the shopkeeper would have had to look... and the people behind me would be getting bored... silly silly stupid idea.
What are they going to do to the alcohol... put that in a safe with a combination? Alcohol is a much bigger threat to society than smoking is.
