There sure is. It's called Naval Acadamy, and it walks you through tutorials on Navigation, Torpedoes, Deck Gun and Anti-Aircraft guns. Be sure to take it before you load up any mods, because one particular supermod whose name won't be mentioned here (but its initials are GWX) makes it really tough to pass them, especially the AA one.
