Hm...I did make a quick fix when RSRDC shipped with its on sh.sdl file to make it compatible with ROW Sounds. Maybe another of those quick fixes are in order...?

Heh...you're right about that! I've been playing with either Improved Campaign Layers or RSRDC for so long, I forgot they were not part of core game!
