The knockout on the Hood, followed by some damage that forces the Bismarck to go a bit below top speed. Then the biplanes(!) and their insane charge with torpedoes to slow her down even more, which leaves the Bismarck crippled with a busted rudder.
All about the men being told to get whatever they want from the storages onboard, and get ready for the final battle as all of Churchills ships close in from all sides. Oh, and the pilot who was supposed to be sent off with the war documents and final goodbye`s from the sailors, but couldnt because of a faulty launch mechanism.
2000+ shells were fired at the Bismarck, and 700+ of those were huge shells from f.i. 14 inch guns.
Great tragedy for the thousands that died in the cold water, but also a great story,this. Much like the Death Star in Star Wars.

Yes; those would all make excellent scenes. However, aren't you leaving out the part where an American PT-boat sinks the Bismarck single-handedly?
Anyway, there's apparently going to be a movie about the plot to kill Hitler in the next several months or so - hopefully this will generate renewed interest in WWII films - particularly, films that have realistic Axis characters in them.
