You have to think ahead. It's no different than a motorcop sitting on the intersection each and everyday. If he is always there then people will notice and they will stop. We always had an argument with supervision about tickets. Supervision wants numbers, when the motorcop would say, "If I'm on the beat then I'm a deterrent". Just like nuke boats under the sea, if he's there and you know it you'll go around to avoid...............
