SH4 1.5 + VISTA + Nvidia Graphics Card (Maybe only 8XXX series cards) = Totally B.S. Crashes and the dreaded nvlddmkm error crash/BSOD/Re-boot, etc.

There should be no problem with stock SH4 1.4 install. Install an a folder other than C:\Program Files though.
