Here's the one I compiled for Leovampire last year. Mav87th actually made the extra horizon line, with RobieRob's water fog.
That said Redwine, you should follow Luke's advice and get some practice with S3D. Once you have got a handle on it, you will never use mini-tweak files again  |

is an amazing program, the problem is if you use this program... it modify the files and you can not use MiniTweaker on this file anymore... and i am accostumed to use minitweaker.
