Well done mate.

As a wrinkly approaching 60 (but not speeding) I've discovered that when you get that 'YAY!' feeling, like you're on your way, things are falling into place and you can't wait to get stuck in, you're on the right road. You're doing what you should be doing, for your own and everyone else's benefit. The goal? Make a living at what you're good at. It sounds simple but it took me years to discover it, but maybe I'm just thick.

If ever you get the chance, have a look at Personal Destinies: The Ethics of Individualism (pub Princeton Press), by Dr David Norton. That sums it up, albeit in a very philosophical way (he was my tutor when I did my PhD - Phil).
@Steed.
Not much advice I could give a man of your years mate except do what I do, put your drink on a side table, not next to your keyboard. My kb's end up smelling like a bar (before eventually packing up). Mind you, if you drink neat vodka when simming and you do happen to spill it on your kb, it has a cleansing effect. It's still a waste of good booze tho
