Useing JS's file checker YOUR file's came out fine. So with a complete clean install I tried again and within a minute CTD. 
I sat back for a minute stunned and then it came to me. 
Try that EnditAll program and shut everything in background down.
I was alittle hesitant at first then thought Nuttin from Nuttin leaves Nuttin and gave it a go.
