I got the same Problem when I have Trigger maru enabled, but on the crew of IXD2 too
...have u got trigger maru overhauled activated?
And to the Error message:
look into the mod and search for the path: Data/Menu/SubmarineClasses/Nss_Uboat7c_shp.tga
there must be the shape because I added it

Rename the
Nss_Uboat7c_shp.tga to
NSS_Uboat7c_shp.tga and the ErrorMessageWindow not appear.
