No need to get v1.3, just push right on to v1.4.

U-Boat Missions does improve on v1.4 with the Pacific Campaign, it's not just U-Boat missions.

v1.5 is nice, but isn't perfect.

v1.5 is currently only available by purchasing U-Boat Missions.
