It's 'voila', and aside from the afore-mentioned voice-actor problem, I'm all for it!
As time goes on they should be able to add just about anything: other nations' subs, modern warfare, surface ships, interactive anti-submarine warfare (DC2 I'm thinking), and just about anything else. All it takes is time and money.
