After alot of trial and error, ive come to the conclusion that "tactical support" options are hardcoded to only work with the uboat addon campaign. If theres a trick to get them to work, i didn't find it.
So your supply tanker, would most likey be a standard sub tender, implemented as subtenders are prior to uboat add on.
